Today’s Take A Look is for photography lovers, independent thinkers, cool kids & those planning any type of celebration!

When I was in high school we had this amazing snack bar / shop next to our lunchroom where you could get great candy, chips, snacks, drinks and the latest Vikings gear. It was run by our DECA program and they did a great job. I remember the first time that I found Jones Soda at our little shop. Such cool packaging, such fun and funky flavors like Blue Bubble Gum, FuFu Berry, Green Apple, and Strawberry Lime.  I’d found the underground cool kid Pepsi! The thing I liked most about Jones other than the glass bottles and fun colored drinks is that it the labels featured black and white photos on them. This still the case: they collect photo entries and then print a limited number of labels featuring the photo. I thought hitting the big time with photography might include getting an image on a Jones soda bottle.

Enter example! My wonderfully talented friend Huong Fralin was featured on two different labels!

Imagine my surprise as I went to a wedding and found the couple had somehow managed to get their photo on a Jones Bottle!

This was the first time I learned that Jones would allow you to customize and order your own bottles with your photo and message on the label! Megan and Paul had purchased cream soda ( a personal fav) and had it for their guests at their rehearsal dinner! I love this idea! So I’m sharing it with you as our weekly Take A Look!
